[23 Nov 2005|09:31pm] [ mood | sad ] [ music | Matt Miller - Unknown Title ] I just found out from centerlights's lj that my friend noctec died today. I didn't even know he had a lj or that he was the other person on the bbs till now. I hadn't really talked to him since I dropped JD several years ago, but I'll still miss him. He was one of the most creative people I knew. Music, computers, writing, these things all seemed to come very easily to him. Right now I don't know what happened but I just know I'm going to miss him. Even if we didn't see each other much I at least knew that we could. As a tribute of sort I'll post a song of his. I've had it so long I don't even remember the name of it but it's still very sad to hear his voice knowing that I won't anymore. The song just seems so appropriate right now too. Fucking GameStop is closed for inventory. WTF? When I worked there we stayed late to do that shit we didn't close. Oh well right, Wal-Mart (shudder) is just across the road. Nope, they didn't have it and neither did Circuit City. AAAArrrgghh!!! If I hadn't been up since 6pm yesterday I would drive to Mobile to pick them up. If GameStop isn't open tomorrow I will. post comment

[22 Oct 2005|01:26am] The more I think about it the more I don't want to go back to dealing.  It wasn't a bad job, in fact I really enjoyed the actual dealing part, but having nights and weekends free again because of the storm reminds me of how great they are.  Also it's a good excuse to go back to school, should be able to get lots of grants and stuff out of this mess. 1 comment|post comment
